Fascial Stretch Therapy combines manual therapy and movement to increase flexibility in the connective tissue. Flexibility is restored in the joint capsules, ligaments, tendons and the fascial web found throughout the body. Traction, oscillation and movement are used to alleviate pain, prevent injury and increase overall performance of the body.
Active Cupping / Decompression
